A small yet great restaurant, with a traditional Piedmontese cuisine and a somewhat old fashioned atmosphere. The menu is short, which is a good sign of high care about every single dish, but not too short, which leaves a good range of options for all tastes. The choices are mostly based on the local tradition, with a few creative variations, such as the roast pork fillet with apples and plums, or the Tarte Tatin, prepared as single portion mini tartlets, changing a bit with respect to the classic French serving as slices of a bigger cake. In the starters section, the pumpkin flan with light bagna caôda was great and the vitello tonnato superb! The same for the agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto among the pasta dishes! The service is very kind, friendly and professional, and the bill is great value for money. Will definitely come back!

Excellent service, varied and delicate menu, but always with new flavors based on seasonality.Renovated environment, sober but refined at the same time. Right choice of wines to accompany the menu. Excellent quality (superior in some respects) price ratio.Also recommended for walks in the greenery of Canavese.

A 100% authentic place! Marta treated us excellently, she is Italian but speaks Spanish! Delicious food, coffee with an equally rich flavor.
